Thanksgiving week 2012 Top 10

Hey guys, I have collected a few tracks for you to listen to for a weekly top 10 of new stuff coming out that isn't related to myself. These are all people that I have no relations to and IS NOT MY MATERIAL. But for Thanksgiving week 2012 here is my top 10 list for electronic music with artists of all types of popularity releasing new songs within the week!

10.) I-Wolf- Let It Go

Austrian production duo  Ogris Debris reworks the upcoming single from fellow Austrian multi-talented artist I-Wolf (AKA Wolfgang Schögl) that will be released December 14th on Seayou Records. The single is a predecesor to the upcoming double “Fleshandblood/Skinandbones” which will be released early next year. Their remix takes the track into more of a shuffling house direction and it’s impossible to stand still when that odd handclap based rhythm grabs you.

9.) House of Wallenberg- Katastrof

House Of Wallenberg is the moniker of Swedish producer Peter Wallenberg – after his previous single “legendary” that featured the resurrection of Swedish rap diva Leila K – he returns with a new single “Be My Lover” (which you can listen to and watch over at PSL) + new EP “Legends” (to be released November 23rd) which is a prelude to the release of his debut album with the same name dropping April 2013. On the album he has worked with choice Swedish vocalists such as Efti, Leila K and rapper Mapei along with other guest artists such as Jwl B from Yo Majesty.

8.) BARE- Bass Star

Generously given away for free by SubHuman Warlord of Bass, BARE, "Bass Star" has all the signature hallmarks that this genre-icon is so well-known for. Beastly, hydraulic risers, filthy, mechanical synth-work, and a dark, ominous atmosphere that envelops the listener in a claustrophobic arrangement of sound; Bass Star will leave you staggering in confusion, gasping for breath at the sheer power of this unrivaled monster of bass. A gift for reaching 35k Followers on Facebook, "Bass Star" is a perfect commemoration of this significant BARE milestone!

7.) The Slag & Synchronice- Meteor Shower

Part of the free Play Me Records release of The Slag's multi-part album, the "Big Beat Manifesto", "Meteor Shower" shows The Slag collaborating with up-and-coming producers, Synchonice, and the resulting banger is absolutely staggering. Squelching, bit-crushed bass and airy, deeply-engaging melodies are intertwined with magnificent style and finesse to create a meteoric dance-floor banger of truly stellar magnitude.

6.) Will Sparks & JDG- People Talk

An amazing collab between two great artists. The breaks are absolutely mind blowing and the drops are something you have never heard before. If the catchy vocal beat doesn't get your attention, the mood they set for sure will!

5.) Synclan & Rufio- We Don't Sleep

Brooding melodies and high-pitched squeals come together in a lackadaisical and uplifting track perfectly suited to getting down and dirty on the dance-floor. A true skanker of the funky, bouncy, old-school variety, Synclan & Rufio's "We Don't Sleep" is a exceptional Play Me Records freebie geared for late-night dubstep sets that will have the crowd grimacing in approval at the filthy, funk-infused sound design.

4.) 501- Feel For You

A long-time favorite of the Dubstep.NET Network, 501 is back again, this time with his "Smash" EP on Never Say Die Records. Closing out his year with four beautifully crafted pieces of pure melodic gold, "Smash" is already making waves world-wide as one of Finland's finest flaunts his absolutely immaculate musicianship. Quite possibly our favorite track on the album, "Feel For You" is a 90's sounding anthem that perfectly illustrates 501's jaw-dropping attention to detail, putting some of the finest industry professionals to shame and opening our eyes to astonishing versatility of 501's ever-expanding style.

3.) ill.Gates- The Demon Slayer Pt. 2

Rich and exotic with an extraordinary amount of tension building with every second of the intro, ill.Gates "The Demon Slayer Pt. 2" is chopped and divided with absolutely mind-blowing breaks and vivid, mechanical leads. Alternating between seemingly ordered chaos and anthemic, orchestral interludes, the stark contrast truly brings to mind the ever present conflict between good and evil. Fresh off his new "The Church of Bass" EP released from free through Muti Music, The Demon Slayer brings that conflict to reality, straight into the ears of the listener.

2.) Xception- Starkillers and Bl3nd

Although this song is not yet fully released you will see that it is going to be something quite incredible. The mood set by this is incredible and that is one thing that this group shoots for with every song produced. Give it a listen.

1.) Krewella- Come and Get It

Krewella does an awesome job with their new single. A great combination of drumstep with a trancey feel. If you havn't heard of this group yet, they are definitly something worth looking into! Instantly fell in love with the sound as soon as I heard it!

With that we conclude this weeks top 10! Thanks for listening. Be sure to follow the blog for weekly updates on top 10's. Also comment with any thoughts you have.
